1. Service Overview

The 45-Minute Gut Reset Session is an educational and consultative service designed to provide personalised guidance based on the information you provide.

This session is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

All prices are listed as is and in $AUD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your session.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment may not be accommodated.

Missed appointments or “no-shows” will result in the session being forfeited.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this service, all sales are final.

No refunds will be provided for change of mind, missed appointments, or failure to complete the intake form.

5. Client Responsibility

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information in your intake form

Take responsibility for your own health decisions and implementation of any recommendations

Seek appropriate medical care where required

6. Scope of Advice

All recommendations provided are based on the information you share and are intended for educational purposes only.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

7. Results Disclaimer

Individual results will vary.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on many factors including consistency, lifestyle, and individual health status.

8. Technology and Session Delivery

Sessions are conducted via Zoom.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to the required technology.

If technical issues arise on your end, the session time will not be extended.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, recommendations, and resources provided during or after the session are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
